The Yodler at Mammoth Mountain

Après ski at The Yodler, Mammoth Mountain Resort’s quintessential restaurant and bar. At the base of Chair 1, Panorama Gondola, and the famous Unbound Chair 6, The Yodler has been a landmark for skiers and snowboarders visiting California’s premiere ski resort. This illustration was designed in a retro style to match the mid-century Swiss chalet charm that The Yodler is known for.

After a sailing trip to Santa Catalina Island, I felt inspired to illustrate the amazing creatures and landmarks encountered while on the water. Each illustration flowed into the other, and soon I had created a design that could be used for a yacht-friendly button-down shirt, Catalina tourism poster, stationary print and more.
